On the ground floor, a bright living room with TV opens to a dining area and kitchen, while one bedroom with two single beds and an adjoining bathroom with bath provides comfortable sleeping arrangements. This floor also offers access to a garage and a patio.
The first floor comprises another living room with TV, a second kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be arranged together. Two bathrooms on this level (one with a shower, one with a bath) complement the sleeping quarters. From this floor, guests can access the main terrace featuring a dining table under a canopy, the swimming pool, sun loungers, and a dedicated sunbathing area. A back terrace with a large awning offers additional outdoor space.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed one week with a group of friends and the amount of space surprised us. Two living rooms meant people could split up without disturbing each other, and having two full kitchens made cooking super easy, especially on the nights we preferred to stay in. The pool area was clean and sunny all day, and the back terrace with the awning was perfect when we wanted shade. We used the upstairs terrace most evenings for drinks because the breeze and views were just right. The beach was an easy walk, and the property manager arranged an early bag drop plus a quick check-in, which helped a lot since we arrived before noon. Also got great local advice on El Duque restaurants and small shops nearby, making everything feel smooth and relaxed.

Perfect setup for a mixed group stay
We were a group of ten and really appreciated how spread out the house was. The ground-floor bedroom worked great for the grandparents, and the rest of us used the first and second floors. We had breakfast on the terrace every day and often took evening walks down to El Duque beach because it wasn’t far at all. The upper terrace became our favourite spot to unwind, especially with those views. The agency also helped us with airport transfers and sent tips about local restaurants, which saved us a lot of time planning.

Great villa close to El Duque beach
We stayed here with eight friends and loved how easy it was to reach the beach and the cafés around El Duque. The pool area was our main hangout spot, and having so much terrace space made mornings super chill.

Lovely villa, great location, more suitable for adult groups
We stayed in this villa with our parents and our 1 year old daughter in November. The villa was well equipped and in a very good location near to the shops and beach of El Duque. I would say that the villa is perfect for adult groups however we didn't find it very suitable for our daughter who has just started walking. There are quite a few steps around the villa, even just small steps around the pool area which proved tricky with our toddler who we couldn’t leave for a minute. The pool does not have a shallow end and I (at 5ft 2) couldn't stand in it, and it was a shame my daughter couldn’t paddle. However the pool was lovely and warm and a great plunge pool for taller adults. A lovely holiday, a great area.

Absolutely wonderful villa, no negatives just a great family place to stay in the best end of town. Kids loved the pool, plenty of space outside to chill out.
