Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We arrived at the villa and were very impressed with the size; very spacious and clean. We loved the upstairs living area with a fantastic view from the balcony. The pool facilities were excellent and the water was lovely and warm.
Mirabel was always very helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. Would definitely recommend and we are looking forward to booking again soon.

Superb villa
We have recently stayed at the villa and found it fantastic. We had a wonderful holiday her and the location and quality of the villa are excellent. The living area is extremely spacious and well appointed, with many extras. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large with towels provided. I would highly recommend booking your holiday at this villa you will not be dissapointed.

Perfect accommodation!
I stayed here for my father's 60th birthday along with 8 others. I couldn't fault this villa. A stunning place, the rooms were amazing, so peaceful. A dream property. I'd definitely recommend this to a family for a holiday.

Wow!
Absolutely gorgeous villa, had everything we needed! Very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfy. The pool was great, very nice and relaxing. Mirabel was absolutely wonderful regarding booking through this travel agency....fast and easy. Would definitely recommend to all groups of all ages. 10/10!
