Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This villa exceeded all our expectations! The rooms are spacious, the decor is elegant, and the outdoor spaces are perfect for enjoying Tenerife’s sunshine. We especially loved the private garage, which made it so easy to explore the island. Having the golf course nearby was a huge bonus for us. We’ll definitely be returning!

Perfect family getaway!
We spent a week at this seaside retreat, and it was just what we needed-a peaceful, luxurious retreat close to everything. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed having coffee on the terrace with those lovely views. The nearby beach is stunning, and La Caleta’s seafood restaurants were a highlight of our trip. From start to finish, our stay at this getaway was perfection! The villa is beautifully designed, with luxurious touches throughout. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and the pool area was simply divine. Being so close to Plaza del Duque made shopping and dining so convenient. Luxury & comfort in the perfect location!
We had an amazing time at the stay! The location is unbeatable-just a short walk to Bahia Del Duque Beach and some of the best restaurants in the area. The villa itself is absolutely stunning, with plenty of space for our group of 8. The pool and terrace were perfect for relaxing, and we loved the elegant design of the interiors. Can’t wait to come back!

When renting any villa you provided a comfortable stay worry-free. Everything is always the best quality and service. Here you and a private swimming pool with backlight and a spacious terrace overlooking the ocean, and personal parking and satellite TV.
