Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This villa is honestly one of the best places I've stayed at. We were a group of 8, and we had more than enough space. Everything was modern, clean, and designed for ultimate relaxation. I particularly loved the spacious bedrooms and the bathrooms - super comfortable! The location was perfect too - close to the beach and restaurants. Big thanks to the agency for the smooth booking process. We were able to arrange everything we needed, including a private tour of the island. We had an amazing time!

What a beautiful villa! The infinity pool and panoramic sea views were just the beginning of what made this place amazing. We loved the minimalist design and open-plan living space, but the real highlight for me was the private rooftop jacuzzi. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. A Perfect Family Getaway
We stayed at this charming accommodation for a week, and it was absolutely perfect for our family of 12.
