Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We came as a group of 8 adults and 3 teens, and the layout worked perfectly. Some mornings we’d sit in the Balinese corner with coffee, watching La Gomera appearing through the haze. Others went straight to the gym or sauna downstairs before heading to Siam Park later in the day. The separate apartment was handy for my parents who liked quieter evenings. One afternoon we asked the team for tips and ended up trying a small seafood spot in La Caleta we’d never heard of. The villa had this calm, elegant vibe that made the whole week feel slow and relaxing.

A week of pure comfort
We loved how much space this villa had. The two lounges made it easy for the kids to spread out while we relaxed outside near the garden bar. The heated pool with the waterfalls looked incredible at night. We drove down to Playa de Fañabé most days, only a few minutes away. Honestly one of the easiest holidays we’ve had.

View that didn’t feel real
We stayed here as a family of 10 and couldn’t get over the ocean view from every terrace. Evenings by the Versace-style pool were our favourite part, so calm and warm. The house felt huge but cosy at the same time, and Roque del Conde was super peaceful.

Brilliant Break
I was in need of a break in the sunshine following a long illness and this villa delivered! On arrival we were met by the villa manager who showed us around and explained everything.
the villa was beautifully presented. The following morning i awoke to songbird, what a treat! this was a truly relaxing location. The terrace is spacious offering plenty of space to chill out on the sunbeds or for some al fresco dining, which we did most evenings. The heated pool was great. All in all, this villa offered everything needed to ensure a perfect break in the sun, the host made the booking process easy. Thank you. Will definately return!

Quiet, comfortable and peaceful
The property is lovely and comfortable. The outside courtyard is a quiet, sunny place to relax and there are dining tables in the sun and in the shade. It is all well-equipped with kitchen gadgets, towels and a utility room for washing clothes.

The villa itself was a real home away from home - clean and well maintained facilities in the kitchen and bathrooms and very comfortable furniture in the lounge and master bedroom. We spent much of our time in the pool and chillout area. Nice view from balcony and terace.

The villa is extremely well equipped with everything you need for a week self catering. The welcome pack was very appreciated with everything we needed until we got to the shops next day.The pool area was very well designed and safe, is a great size and very relaxing.
