The first level houses a fully equipped modern kitchen with all standard appliances, an additional dining area, and a bright corridor leading to the master king-size bedroom. The main lounge spans the full width of the house, offering four leather sofas, a sound system, docking station, and a large widescreen TV with UK channels. An external terrace extends the living space, providing seating to enjoy a glass of wine while taking in panoramic views over the pool, gardens, and the stunning Adeje coastline.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had such a fantastic time at a home away from home! The villa was spacious and really well-equipped - everything we needed was there. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed the peaceful vibe of the place. It was also great having a lift to the upper floors, which made it really accessible for my mum who uses a wheelchair. The location was ideal, close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. Shout out to the team for helping us with everything, from arranging our tours to setting up the pool area. Really made our stay extra special!

Wow, just wow!
This getaway is like a dream! The layout is super modern and luxurious, and the whole place just oozes comfort. We loved the big lounge with the wide-screen TV, it was perfect for family movie nights. The location is perfect as well, just minutes from the beach and close to everything. The concierge team made everything so easy for us - from the airport transfer to helping us get dinner reservations. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the best of Costa Adeje!

Stunning villa with a view to die for!!
Had an AMAZING stay at the house! The views over the coastline were absolutely breathtaking. Loved how spacious the villa was and how easy everything was to get to with the wheelchair-friendly lift. It was super convenient for us, and the fact that it was all set up for comfort made it so much easier. The pool area was perfect for chilling out and the weather was fantastic! Big thanks to the team for the smooth booking process and all the assistance. Definitely coming back next year!

Just what we were looking for
We come to Tenerife every year, mostly in the winter. This is a very underestimated villa and is best described as excellent. My wife and I, accompanied with other 4 friends, have just had a most enjoyable week on the island. The views from the villa are astounding. All in all we would recommend the property to anyone. We will definately come again.

Outstanding
This is our second visit to the villa and, although I didn't think it possible, it just continues to improve. With the upgrade of the bathrooms and outside area it really is something special. The villa is furnished and equipped to the highest standard and makes you feel at home from the minute you walk through the door. There is so much to do locally that it's impossible to get bored despite the different age group of our family, There is something for everyone
I would highly recommend this to anyone and we will be looking to book our next visit shortly. I just cannot say enough good things.
