Spanning four levels, the property is accessed via a private internal lift or a modern glass-and-chrome staircase. The open-plan living area on the ground floor is air-conditioned and flooded with natural light, featuring a lounge with patio doors leading to the garden, a large flat-screen TV with UK channels, and a separate dining area for 10 guests with direct access to the poolside terrace.
The fully equipped modern kitchen blends chrome and wood finishes and includes all essentials: kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, extractor, dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with seating for five. Also on this floor is a king-size bedroom with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, and a luxurious en-suite featuring double sinks, a bath, and shower cubicle. A guest WC is available for convenience.
The first floor hosts the master suite, the villa's largest bedroom, complete with a super king-size bed, a sofa, a dressing area, fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite with double sinks and a separate shower. Air-conditioned with large patio doors, it opens onto a private terrace overlooking the pool, gardens, and ocean sunset. This level also contains Bedroom 3 (king-size) and Bedroom 5 (bunk beds) sharing an en-suite, as well as Bedroom 4 with twin beds, a private terrace, and its own en-suite with bath and shower attachment.
The second floor features a rooftop terrace, perfect for enjoying panoramic views, outdoor dining, sunbathing, or cooling off under the outdoor shower.
A basement houses the laundry room, complete with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and a safe deposit box.
Outdoors, the villa is set within 3,000m² of meticulously landscaped gardens with artificial lawns, multiple terraces, and a BBQ area. The heated pool (14 x 5 meters, approx. 1.5 meters deep) includes roman steps, internal seating, and a jacuzzi, surrounded by 10 sun loungers. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This villa has it all! We were a group of 10, and it never felt crowded. The pool was warm, the garden was beautifully maintained, and the outdoor dining area was great for long dinners. The private terraces were a nice touch - loved waking up and having my coffee with an ocean view! Also, having a lift inside the villa was a game changer. Booking was super easy, and the staff was really professional.

Absolutely stunning villa!!!
We stayed at this luxury retreat for a week with a group of friends, and it was pure luxury! The place is massive, with so much space for everyone. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect, and we loved having BBQ nights in the garden. The rooftop terrace is next-level-watching the sunset from there was magical. Everything was spotless, and the team made sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!

This is a superb spacious villa in a perfect location for two family. It is fully equipped with everything you can think of. Ideal for a BBQ and soaking up the sunshine. The staff is helpful and attentive and nothing is too much trouble.

Excellent villa in great location.
The villa is 5 star with everything for an enjoyable holiday. It is ideally located with shops, restaurants and beach all within a few minutes walk. The villa is situated in a quiet secure and private setting with lots of space both inside and outside and is ideal for a large family or more than one family sharing. Excellent back-up support from the local team. Best holiday villa so far - we'll stay here on our next trip!

Amazing
This is the villa to book. Stayed for a week and its the first time i've ever thought I wished I had booked for 2weeks. The pool area was amazing, The rooms were all large and airy. Rooms are stated as kingsize beds but my room,the beds could be made into twin beds (extra large) We only used 4 of the rooms. Mattress was really comfy. Even the room with the bunk beds these beds are also good enough for adults as they are pretty large. Everything was within walking distance. Ps the wee childrens house at the back has lots of pool toys in it for use. Looking to book again for next year. Well worth the money.
