An additional seating area on the first floor offers extra space for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen at the rear of the villa is bright and functional, with two windows letting in plenty of natural light.
The accommodation includes three tastefully furnished bedrooms spread over two floors. On the ground floor, a twin bedroom features a nearby shower room and patio doors opening onto the garden. The first floor houses a double bedroom and a second twin bedroom, which share a modern bathroom.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were three couples and appreciated how the bedrooms were spread across two floors, giving everyone a bit of privacy. The lounge opened straight onto the terrace which made it easy to drift between pool time and the sofa. The kitchen had plenty of space and good light, so cooking a quick breakfast was simple. We walked to Torviscas Beach twice, and one day took a trip to Gran Sur for shopping and snacks. It’s a place that feels homely but still close to everything.

Great spot for a simple, relaxing week
We booked this villa for a quiet family break and it worked perfectly. The ground-floor bedroom opened right onto the garden which was handy for morning coffees. Fanabe Beach was close enough to walk, and we ended up doing dinner under the pergola most nights after using the BBQ.

Loved the vibe around the pool
We stayed as a group of six and spent most afternoons by the saltwater pool. The place felt super calm with the palm tree and small lawn giving it a nice chill vibe. Loads of shops and cafés around so everything was easy.

Fully equipped villa!
We have a relaxing week in Tenerife and the place was the perfect complement. The property managers were very attentive - popped to see us on the first day to see if everything was all right. Highly recommend.

Lovely villa
Just spent half term week in May at this lovely villa which is ideally situated in the lovely area of Costa Adeje. The villa is very spacious with all home comforts. Very well equipped and modern furniture. The pool was great for kids. Amazing views!!
