Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We booked the place for a mix of adults and teens, so having several double rooms plus the twin room helped a lot. Days were split between the pool and Playa del Duque, which was only a short stroll away. One afternoon we walked through the nearby shopping area and ended up staying for dinner at a small restaurant that became our go-to spot. The garden was lovely in the evenings when it cooled down, and the living room had more than enough space for all of us to hang out without feeling cramped.

Great base for a beach holiday
Our family of 12 had a really smooth stay here. The kitchen was big enough for all the cooking we did, and the kids spent half the day in the pool. Being so close to shops and restaurants made everything super simple. We even tried paragliding nearby after getting a tip from a local we met at the beach.

Loved how close everything was
We stayed here with a group of 10 and walked to Playa del Duque almost every morning. The house felt bright and easy to live in, with plenty of space to spread out. Evenings on the terrace were our favourite part, just relaxing after long days at the beach.

Amazing accomodation and location
I have just returned from a wonderful stay at this luxury villa, it certainly lived up to its name. We were able to relax and switch off from the moment we arrived. The villa is just a short walk from both the local town and beach which had a wealth of lovely restaurants to choose from. We'll be back!!

Amazing family villa with the wow factor
Quick and easy to book. Francesca responded promptly to my enquiry and any questions i had regarding our stay. From the moment the gates to the villa opened we knew we had booked a very special place. All interest points are at walking distance, beach, bars, supermarkets, restaurants. The space indoors was more than enough even for our group of 11 plus a baby, the outside space was as big with plenty of sunbeds, sitting and eating areas and a fantastic infinity pool .The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The bedrooms were all good sizes. Would highly recommend this it was so tasty
