Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Lovely villa in a wonderful location
Before leaving I had high expectations based on the listing description, however the reality was much much better than I had ever anticipated. The villa was exceptionally clean, and probably the best furnished accommodation I have seen in many years. The local restaraunts and shops were ideal, everything close at hand. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Anyone looking for spacious ,quiet ,home from home comforts, then this holiday villa is for you. Exceptionally clean, modern facilities,we found everything as the description stated. The instructions for access and use of facilities within the villa ,were concise and easy to follow,especially for someone like me who initially couldnt manage to work the hob ; -))!!
the property is lovely and comfortable. The outside courtyard is a quiet, sunny place to relax and there are dining tables in the sun and in the shade. It is all well-equipped with kitchen gadgets, towels and a utility room for washing clothes.

This place is just awesome
This place is just awesome. From the start the agent was waiting to the airport then we had a very warm welcome, and they even had some beers and cake for us ready. We got a whole tour around the house and Maria explained everything. The house is just awesome. Great view towards aguimes, awesome heated pool. We ( 10 people) had a wonderfull holiday here and we will try to come back sometime!!

A great vacation
Maria was the most charming, attentive host. The pictures of the villa did not do it justice it was practically palatial and the setting wonderfully tranquil. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.
