Inside, the main floor features a bright and spacious living and dining room with an impressive 85'' television, creating a comfortable space for relaxing evenings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances including oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, juicer, mixer and blender, making it ideal for preparing meals or arranging a private chef experience. This floor also includes a stylish double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and easy access for guests.
The upper level is dedicated to rest. The main suite offers a large double bed, elegant finishes and a private bathroom designed for complete comfort. Two additional suites each feature two single beds and en-suite bathrooms, perfect for adults or older children. A fourth bedroom, ideal for the youngest guests, has two comfortable bunk beds and its own en-suite bathroom. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed two weeks and enjoyed every minute. Plenty of room for everyone, soft bedding, powerful showers, lots of storage. The outdoor dining area became our favourite spot and the kids loved the pool. Supermarkets, restaurants and the beach were just a few minutes away, so we didn’t feel isolated at all. It was the kind of place where you actually rest, not just sleep.

Exactly what we wanted
We travelled with two small children and this house made everything simple. Cot, high chair, safety gate, even plastic plates in the kitchen. The elevator helped a lot with the stroller. It’s quiet but close to everything, so no long drives for food or the beach. The heated pool was clean and the water stayed warm all day. Really thoughtful setup for families.

Amazing space for groups
We came as a group of eight friends and the house was perfect for a relaxed week. Plenty of places to sit, eat, read or just chill by the pool. Internet was fast so a couple of us even did some remote work. Check-in was easy, the agent gave us tips for restaurants and everything went smoothly. Loved having the pool warm enough to swim at night.

One of the best villas we have stayed in
We usually visit Tenerife once a year and this was by far the best accommodation we’ve tried. The rooms felt like hotel suites, each with its own bathroom, and the kitchen had every single thing we needed. We liked having the lift because my dad struggles with stairs. Spent evenings on the terrace and mornings at El Duque Beach, only a few minutes away. Great stay from start to finish.

The house is even nicer in real life than in the pictures. Sunbeds were super comfy, the pool area felt private and the whole place was spotless. Beach, cafés and shopping center just a short walk. Great for people who want everything nearby.

Top quality stay
Spent my birthday week here and it was amazing. Big kitchen, huge TV, lots of outdoor space. We cooked dinner outside almost every night. The agency arranged a cake and some wine which was a really nice surprise. Hands down one of the nicest places we’ve rented.

Perfect for families
We were two families travelling together and the layout worked great. Every bedroom had its own bathroom so no queues in the morning. Kids had their own space, adults had theirs. Shops and restaurants were so close we barely needed the car.

Loved this place
