The villa is arranged over four levels within approximately 2000 m2 of landscaped gardens. On the ground floor, the open-plan living area is air-conditioned and features two three-seater leather sofas, two stylish matching chairs, a large flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, and a mini stereo system compatible with mobile devices. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace and gardens. The modern granite kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast island, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. Dining for ten is available at the large extendable table.
Ground-floor bedrooms four and five each have twin beds, fitted wardrobes, and patio doors opening to the Canarian gardens. A main bathroom with WC, bidet, double sinks, bath, and separate shower cubicle serves this level. The first floor features the master suite with super king-size bed, private terrace with sea and pool views, en-suite bathroom with double sinks and separate shower, and a dressing area. Bedrooms two and three include a king-size bed and twin beds respectively, with fitted wardrobes, en-suite facilities, and access to terraces. An additional shower room is available on this level.
The second floor offers a large rooftop terrace with sun loungers, seating, and an outdoor shower, providing panoramic views and a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunset. The basement houses the laundry room, safety deposit box, and a private underground garage for two cars. Two additional safes are installed within the property.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
To people reading this review if you want a high quality villa in a central location this is perfect for you its only 100 meters to all amenities we was extremely happy with this gaff it was what a proper mansion, on arrival very clean and tidy in all areas the pool terrace is huge and gardens are well maintained the interior was modern with lush furnishings definitely a delight to stay here. I develop similar properties for a living and I came away very impressed.

The villa itself was faultless, the rooms were spacious with plenty of storage it was clean throughout on arrival and the kitchen was well stocked to suit most catering needs. The location is perfect, short walk to shops/bars/beach. I would recommend this villa and will be booking again. The only slight fault was when collecting the keys at the airport, no one was there when we arrived with the keys so eventually we rang the number provided, we then waited a lot longer than expected before the keys arrived. It was a nervy 40 minutes. The service team at the villa were incredibly helpful and friendly, the pool was also checked regularly. Loved it all.

Our stay at this charming accommodation was a luxurious retreat in Del Duque, Tenerife. The spacious living area, air-conditioned for comfort, impressed us. The modern kitchen, equipped with essentials, and the vast outdoor space with a private heated pool and BBQ area added to the grandeur. A top-notch property maintained to the highest standards.

This is an amazing villa in the relaxed place of the island. Very spacious and of a very high standard, well equipped. The pool and outdoor areas are fantastic, with beautiful views - an extremely peaceful setting to get away from it all. In fact the villa was so relaxing it was difficult to leave and explore the island some days! We definitely hope to return again some day...

Superb villa in beautiful surroundings!!!
We've just come back from staying at this villa and miss it sooo much! It was perfect - very clean, amazing pool, verrrry nice DJ equipment, stunning view, fully air-conditioned, stunning view. It's perfect for a group, or a large family. I'd deffo recommend this villa to anyone staying in Tenerife!!!

The villa was truly incredible. The views are spectacular and the service and communication we experienced with Francesca was superb. The best part of the villa is the location which is very important when renting in Tenerife. Costa Adeje is an amazing place. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone coming to Tenerife. I will be staying there again!
