The villa is set within a quiet residential area, surrounded by green parks and gardens, and is just a 10-15 minute walk from entertainment centers, shops, restaurants, five-star hotels, El Duque beach, and the pedestrian promenade. The property spans 3,800 m² and features lush landscaped gardens, fruit plantations, and numerous gazebos and hammocks for relaxation. Round terraces on the ground and first floors offer breathtaking views of the ocean and La Gomera island. Each bedroom has direct access to a terrace shaded by palm trees, and a large dining area on the lower terrace accommodates all guests.
The main house covers 850 m² over two floors and is themed around sea travels, with bespoke furnishings crafted by an Italian family factory specializing in luxury yachts. The interior includes unique items and original ancient ship parts.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed here with family from three different countries, so having all the outdoor spaces made a huge difference. Some of us spent early mornings reading in the library room, others used the gym or took a swim before breakfast. The design inside the main house is wild in a good way - all the nautical details made it feel completely unique compared to other villas we’ve rented in Adeje. One afternoon the team organised extra towels and pointed us toward a less crowded spot near Playa Fañabe, which turned into our favourite beach of the trip. Evenings on the round terrace, just chatting while the sky turned orange, were the highlight for all of us.

Loved every corner of this huge villa
I came with a mixed group of friends and the villa worked perfectly for all of us. The themed suites were fun and way nicer than expected, and having the sauna plus hammam made lazy days pretty great. We walked to El Duque beach most afternoons and ended the nights on the big terrace by the pool. Honestly one of the most relaxing weeks we’ve had.

We stayed here as a family group of 12 and honestly it felt like a private resort. Everyone had space, and those terraces with ocean views were unreal at sunset. The fruit garden was such a cool surprise too. Loved waking up and wandering straight out to the palm-shaded terraces each morning.

Pure Luxury in Costa Adeje
This luxury retreat was beyond our expectations. The level of detail in the interior design, with its nautical theme and custom-made furniture, really impressed us.
