Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at this getaway was amazing. The villa was very spacious, and the bedrooms were perfect for our needs. The outdoor area, with the pool and sunbeds, was the highlight of the stay. It was so nice to unwind and enjoy the beautiful views. We also got great help from the agency team, who assisted with everything from transfers to booking activities. Amazing villa - great for groups!
This stylish property was the perfect spot for our group of 8. Plenty of space, with large bedrooms and amazing views from the balconies. The pool was huge and well-heated, which was ideal for the whole family. We were just a short drive from the beach, and the Gran Sur Shopping Complex was so close for everything we needed. The agency really made the whole booking and planning process easy-thanks for the excellent service!

Beautiful place for a family getaway!
We had the best time at a home away from home. The villa is spacious and well-equipped, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. It was really close to Playa de Fanabe and the shops, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The agency made everything so easy too. Thanks for the smooth booking experience and helpful tips!

Perfect quiet spot
So glad we chose this location for our holiday. The villa was a great size with modern spacious bedrooms and bathrooms which were wonderful. The villa seems well loved and looked after and was immaculately clean on arrival. Caroline promised the pool would be warm and it was unlike other places we have stayed before.
Restaurants and bars are a short walk and just as described in distance although we did get a €3 cab back a couple of times just because we were all tired. We visited the black sand beach in the resort as it is really lovely and was great for the children. We will return.

well appointed and in a great location. Sea views, heated pool and spacious. All bedrooms ensuite, very comfortable and everyone was very happy. Found some wonderful restaurants that were recommended just 10 minutes away. Will definitely book again.

Perfect location!!
The place is a beautiful clean villa, in a good location within walking distance of playa las americas, this villa has every thing you need. Lots of space to soak up the sun or sit in the shaded area, pool is very well kept and clean great for childen aswell, I can't wait to go back soon
