Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed a full week and never expected the pool area to be the place we’d gravitate to every single day, even after exploring the island. The infinity line makes the ocean feel so close that we often just sat there without talking, watching the colours change over La Gomera. Two of us worked remotely for a few mornings and the house actually made it easy-fast Wi-Fi, quiet corners, and big tables to spread out. One day we tried Restaurante La Fontana down the road and liked it so much we went again. We also used the jacuzzi downstairs after a long walk along the promenade in Playa de las Américas. The villa’s mix of privacy, comfort and open views made the whole stay feel slower in the best possible way.

Great place for a relaxed week with friends
Our group spent most evenings on the upper terrace because the breeze there was perfect after hot days out. One morning we used the fitness area and tried the Powerplate just to see how it worked, then walked down to Torviscas Beach for a swim. The living room had loads of natural light, so even quiet afternoons inside felt nice. What we appreciated most was how each bedroom opened to some kind of outdoor space, giving everyone a bit of privacy. The property manager also shared a few shortcuts for walking routes around Costa Adeje, which ended up being super handy.
