The accommodation is spread over three levels and offers approximately 406 m² of elegant living space. Designed with modern comfort in mind, the interior features high-quality finishes, air conditioning throughout and a central control system that allows guests to adjust lighting, curtains and climate control with ease. An elevator connects all floors, and an alarm system provides added security.
The main floor welcomes guests into a spacious open-plan living and dining area combined with a fully equipped modern kitchen. This space opens directly onto a large outdoor terrace, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation. Several chill-out areas, a gas barbecue and uninterrupted sea views create an inviting atmosphere for spending time together. One double bedroom with an extra-large bed and built-in wardrobes is located on this level, along with a separate bathroom featuring double sinks and an additional guest toilet. The highlight of this level is the master suite, which includes an extra-large bed, a walk-in wardrobe and a private terrace with sunbed and outdoor shower. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
From the moment we arrived, everything felt high quality and well maintained. The sea views, heated pool and generous terraces create a real sense of luxury. Each bedroom is comfortable and the bathrooms are modern and spacious. The recreation room with pool table and bar was a great bonus in the evenings. If you’re looking for a high-end stay close to Siam Park and Costa Adeje’s best attractions, this is a fantastic option.

Ideal base for a Tenerife holiday
This holiday home is an excellent base for exploring the south of Tenerife. Everything is close by, including beaches, theme parks and restaurants, yet the property itself feels calm and exclusive. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living areas were spacious and the air conditioning throughout the house was much appreciated. It easily accommodated our group of ten without ever feeling crowded.

Excellent outdoor areas and pool
The outdoor spaces really make this place special. The heated infinity pool with ocean views is stunning, and the terrace has plenty of areas to relax, dine and enjoy the sunshine. We spent most evenings outside using the barbecue and watching the sunset. Inside, the villa is modern, clean and very comfortable. Having private parking and an elevator was also very convenient for our group.

High-end comfort close to everything
We chose this property for its location and it exceeded expectations. Siam Park and several beaches are within walking distance, and the sea views from the terraces are fantastic. The house feels luxurious without being over the top. The master suite was particularly impressive, with its private terrace and outdoor shower. A great choice if you want comfort, space and a central Costa Adeje location.

Perfect for families and groups
This retreat worked perfectly for our family holiday. The layout over three floors gave everyone enough privacy while still having great communal spaces. The open-plan living area and outdoor terrace were ideal for shared meals, and the kids loved the games room. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and well equipped. Being able to walk to restaurants, shops and attractions made the stay very easy.

Luxury stay with amazing sea views
We had an excellent stay at this holiday villa. The house is very spacious and beautifully designed, with stunning sea views from multiple terraces. The heated infinity pool was a real highlight and we used it every day. The location is ideal, just a short walk to Siam Park and Siam Mall, yet the area feels quiet and private. Everything inside the villa felt well thought out and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing group holiday.
