This spacious accommodation is located in Arona, in the heart of Playa de las Americas, just 400 metres from the beach and within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants and nightlife. It is ideally positioned near theme parks and the coast, making it a practical choice for large families or groups of friends wanting to stay close to everything.
The interior is arranged over three levels and features a simple, modern style throughout. Most rooms benefit from air conditioning, providing comfort during warmer months. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a utility area, ideal for preparing meals for the whole group. The open-plan living and dining area offers a large L-shaped sofa and a TV with UK channels, creating a relaxed space to spend time together. Patio doors open directly onto the private terrace. One bedroom and a separate bathroom are also located on this level.
The first floor hosts three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. One of these bedrooms features a balcony overlooking the private terrace. The lower level includes the remaining bedrooms, an additional bathroom and a games room equipped with a pool table and darts, offering entertainment for all ages.
The sleeping layout accommodates up to 14 guests across six bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features one king bed and one single bed. Bedroom 2 includes one king bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both fitted with one double bed each. Bedroom 5 offers two single beds. Bedroom 6 includes one double bed and one single bed.
There are five bathrooms in total. Four bathrooms feature a toilet and shower only, while one bathroom includes a bathtub or shower and a toilet, ensuring adequate facilities for larger groups.
Outside, the private terrace is designed for enjoying the Tenerife climate. Guests can relax in the private heated swimming pool, unwind in the hot tub or spend the day sunbathing on the loungers. A shaded pergola provides a comfortable outdoor dining area, and a barbecue is available for shared meals. The property forms part of a complex with additional facilities, including a communal pool terrace with a heated pool, a popular pool bar serving drinks and snacks, and free sun loungers.

Siam Park is approximately a 14-minute walk away, Playa de las Américas beach can be reached in around 10 minutes on foot, and the Veronicas Strip is about 8 minutes away. Estadio Antonio Domínguez Alfonso and Golf Las Americas are also within easy walking distance. Nearby beaches such as Fañabé Beach and attractions like Water Sports Tenerife and Tenerife Nautical Center offer additional activities, while nature lovers can enjoy walking routes and birdwatching in the surrounding area.
A wide selection of restaurants is just moments away, including China Garden, Aberdeen Steak House, WOK Hong Kong and Restaurante Balkonen, all within a 2 to 3 minute walk. Tenerife South Airport is approximately a 13-minute drive away.
While this accommodation is of average standard and not considered luxury, it offers excellent value for money given its central location, private heated pool, generous size and high sleeping capacity. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
For the price, this villa offers a lot. Six bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, a private heated pool and such a central location are hard to find together. We walked everywhere and only used a car once during the whole stay. The property is not high-end, but everything was functional and clean. The beach, nightlife and attractions are all close by, which made the holiday very easy and enjoyable.

Excellent outdoor space and pool
The private terrace really made our stay. The heated pool and hot tub were fantastic, especially after long days exploring Playa de las Américas. We spent a lot of time outside, using the sun loungers and eating under the pergola. The communal pool and pool bar were also a nice bonus. Restaurants and shops are just a few minutes away on foot, which made everything very convenient. A good option for groups who want to be close to the action.

Spacious and practical, not luxury
We were a group of 12 adults and the villa comfortably accommodated us. The layout worked well, and having five bathrooms was a big plus. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the living area was large enough for everyone to gather. If you’re looking for a central base rather than luxury finishes, this place is a solid choice.

Ideal for families near Siam Park
This accommodation was perfect for our family holiday. We chose it mainly because of the proximity to Siam Park and the beach, and it did not disappoint. The house is large, spread over several levels, so everyone had their own space. The kids loved the games room, especially the pool table. The outdoor area was great for relaxing in the evenings and having BBQ dinners together. Overall, a practical and well-located place for a family trip.

Great location for a large group
We stayed here as a group of friends and the location was honestly the biggest advantage. Everything is within walking distance, including the beach, restaurants and Siam Park. The villa itself is spacious and worked well for a big group. The kitchen was fully equipped and we cooked most meals at home. The private heated pool and hot tub were used every day. It’s not a luxury villa, but it offers very good value for money considering the size and location.
