Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villa was everything we hoped for and more! Super spacious, comfy beds, and the pool was cleaned daily. Perfect for families or a group of friends. The beach is close, and loads of restaurants around. Had a great time!!!

Loved it from start to finish!!!
First time in Tenerife, and this villa made it unforgettable! ????️ So much space, comfy beds, and super clean bathrooms. We spent most nights just chilling on the terrace with drinks, enjoying the sunset. The beach is a short walk away, and Siam Park is a MUST-so fun!! Definitely booking through this agency again, they made everything so simple!

Perfect villa for a group holiday!
We stayed here for a week with a group of 10 friends, and it was AMAZING! The villa is spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. The private pool was a huge plus, and the sea views from the terrace? Just WOW. Also, big shoutout to the agency for making the booking process so easy!

WOW!! What a place!
Absolutely loved our stay at the place Vegas! ???? The location is spot on-close enough to the action but still private. The pool area was our fave spot to chill after a day at the beach. Rooms were super comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely coming back!!

This holiday spot Vegas exceeded our expectations. This stunning villa was beautifully decorated and offered the highest degree of comfort.
