Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This was our second time booking with this agency, and once again, they nailed it! The villa was spotless, and the welcome pack was such a nice touch. Loved having our own private pool, but also enjoyed strolling along the promenade every evening. If you’re looking for a luxurious yet cozy place to stay in Tenerife, this is it!

Perfect for a Relaxing Getaway
Spent 5 days here and absolutely loved it! The villa is massive, super stylish, and has an unbeatable location. We walked everywhere-beach, shops, restaurants, all just minutes away. The views from the terrace were breathtaking, especially at sunset. Would 100% stay here again!!

Luxury & Comfort in One Place
Stayed here with a group of friends, and we couldn’t have asked for more! The villa is spacious, modern, and super well-maintained. The private pool was a dream, and we also used the communal pool a couple of times-both great! The kitchen had everything we needed, but honestly, the restaurants nearby were too good to pass up. Also, huge thanks to the agency for making everything so easy, from booking to check-in!

Wow, what a place!! The villa is literally a few steps from the ocean, and waking up to that view every morning was unreal!! Everything was super clean, beds were comfy, and the private pool was just perfect for chilling. Already planning my next trip back!!
