Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We travelled as a group of friends and wanted somewhere close to everything. This villa ticked all the boxes. Walked to the beach during the day and explored bars and restaurants at night. Bedrooms were spacious and the place stayed cool thanks to the fans. Having the communal pool and children’s pool was great even for adults. We did a dolphin-watching trip from the harbour and it was amazing. Would definitely recommend for groups who want comfort and zero hassle.

Perfect for families with kids
Spent a week here with another family and it was honestly ideal. The kids switched between the beach and the children’s pool, while we relaxed on the terrace. The villa has a lot of handy extras: washing machine, dryer, iron, safe, fans in every room. Everything was spotless. We cooked most evenings because the kitchen had everything, and supermarkets were close. Great location if you want to walk everywhere and not depend on cars.

Everything close by
Shops, restaurants, beach, all right there. We barely used the car. Terrace was wonderful for breakfast. House had everything we needed for cooking and the garden was a bonus.

Great spot for a beach week
Couldn’t ask for a better location. We walked to the beach in under a minute, no stress with parking or taxis. House was clean, beds comfy, and the kids loved the pool. Perfect for a simple, relaxing break.

The property is located right next to the beach. It has views of the sea. Best location of Playa de las Americas. Great for family. We came to this lovey place in October and loved it! it really is such a great property, with such character and Im sure anyone would enjoy a holiday here.

A great holiday and so easy!
Just returned from this stylish property in Playa de las Americas after enjoying a wonderful week with the extended family. It was our first visit to the area and we loved the location and the accommodation itself. The property enjoys a fantastic spot with superb views of the sea, with shops and the beach right on the doorstep. Without question, a holiday to remember.
