The exterior spaces are designed for comfort and leisure. The main terrace includes a seating area with a dining table and chairs, while gates lead down four steps to the pool terrace. The private swimming pool takes centre stage, surrounded by sunbathing areas. A brick BBQ is conveniently located to one side, accessible via steps from the pool or the raised terrace, perfect for alfresco dining.
Inside, the lounge is stylishly furnished with comfortable seating, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. Dual-aspect patio doors open onto the pool terrace, allowing natural light to flood the room. Two steps lead to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, which includes a breakfast bar with chairs and access to the utility room.
Sleeping arrangements are spread across three floors. The lower floor houses a large twin bedroom with access to an adjacent shower room and patio doors opening onto the lower terrace by the pool. The ground floor includes a second twin bedroom and a separate WC. The first floor accommodates a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and distant sea views, as well as two twin bedrooms, one with an en suite shower, plus a separate shower room. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and offer ample wardrobe and storage space.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Exactly the kind of villa that makes group trips easy
Our group of ten rented this place for a small celebration and it ended up being the best decision. Plenty of room indoors, and the big lounge with the double patio doors was perfect for hanging out before heading out to dinner. The upstairs double room has a nice view toward the sea, and the twins were ideal for the rest of us. We asked the agency for some info on local restaurants and activities, and the advice helped us plan a boat trip from the marina plus a visit to Timanfaya. The pool terrace got sun most of the day, so we’d spend hours down there before grilling dinner outside. Everything felt clean, organized, and really easy to settle into from day one.

A comfortable home base for exploring Lanzarote
We spent seven nights here with a group of friends and appreciated how well the bedrooms were spread out across the three levels. It gave everyone privacy, especially the ones staying downstairs with direct access to the lower terrace. Most mornings we walked to the marina for coffee, then drove to the beach in Puerto del Carmen or visited La Geria for wine tasting. Evenings were usually by the pool, cooking on the brick BBQ and chatting under the outdoor lights. Towels, kitchen gear, and storage were all spot on, nothing missing. A great choice if you want a calm setting but easy access to everything.

Loved our week in Puerto Calero
We came as two families and found the villa exactly what we needed for a relaxed holiday. Kids used the pool nonstop while we took turns cooking in the big kitchen or sitting out on the upper terrace looking toward the coast. The booking process felt straightforward and the communication with the manager was really solid, helped us with a quick early check-in too.

Great place to unwind
We stayed here as a full group of ten and honestly the house worked really well for everyone. Plenty of space on each floor so nobody felt crowded, and the pool area was where we spent most afternoons just resting after wandering around the marina. Loved having the BBQ so close to the terrace, super handy for dinners outside.

Fabulous house in a fabulous place
The house and the surroundings are just like the pictures - outstanding. The house is well maintained and served. The housekeeper was always willing to assist and provide us with good advise, such as on boat sailing and chef services. The pool area is great and the view from the house is absolutely fantastic.

Don't believe the hype
The location is excellent for everything in Puerto Calero either by walking or via a near by taxi. The villa is exceptional, very well equipped (high qaulity goods) with everything you could ask for.
