Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed here as three families, twelve of us total, and the villa honestly felt built for this kind of trip. The layout gave everyone privacy, especially with the en-suite rooms and the extra lounge downstairs. Kids loved the games room and spent half their time between ping pong and the Wii, while the adults used the upper terrace for long breakfasts with a view. Evenings usually ended around the BBQ area with the soft lighting on, which felt really cosy. We took the water taxi to Puerto del Carmen one day and had lunch by the old harbour - great tip from the property manager. The heated pool was used every single day. Highly recommend it for large groups wanting space without losing comfort.

Relaxed week with everything we needed
Just finished a week here with a group of twelve friends and the place surprised us with how comfortable it felt. The living areas were huge, and the second lounge with the bar ended up being our late-night hangout. The heated pool was spotless and we used the sun terrace a lot more than expected. The agency had helped us with airport transfers and gave us tips for Playa Chica, which turned out perfect for snorkeling. Having so many bathrooms meant mornings never felt rushed. Easy walk to the marina for dinner and drinks. Great setup for a big group.

Perfect base for a family gathering
We stayed here with our extended family, eleven of us, and it honestly worked so well. Kids spent hours in the games room while we relaxed on the upper terrace. The kitchen and outdoor BBQ area made meals simple, and the walk to Puerto Calero marina was short enough for evenings out. We’d come back for sure.

Relaxing stay in lovely this charming accommodation
We're 2 families who have just returned from a week away in this stylish property. The villa is about a 10 minute walk from the marina, where there is a good selection of restaurants plus a smallish supermarket. We thought we'd have to travel further afield for food supplies, but the local supermarket was fine for us. The villa itself is wonderful, well designed, spacious and really well equipped. We loved the sunbeds around the pool. A highlight of the week was the tapas and paella cooked by Andy and Idoya! It really was superb and great value as there was plenty left over for lunch the following day...highly recommended! We would definitely return to this stylish property

Simply amazing!!!!!
We have just returned from a stay at this fabulous villa. The pictures looked amazing, but the reality was so much more! Well equipped, clean, stylish and spacious! The villa is beautiful decorated and every detail felt well throughout and considerate. The games room with ping pong and pool table was an added bonus, the BBQ area was super and the pool and loungers were fantastic! Really cannot rate this villa and its amenities highly enough. The area of Puerto Calero is beautiful, the marina front has a good selection of bars, shops and restaurants and offers superb views. We really had the most wonderful of holidays and would highly recommend this villa to anybody.

Celebrating my birthday in this holiday spot
We loved the villa it was beautifully decorated clean and tidy. Great having another kitchen downstairs as that's where we were most of the time. Great outside space with enough room for us all and places to escape to if you wanted some alone time. Pictures did not do it justice. Andy cooked for us a couple of evenings very good food. Close to the Marina and had a meal out there one evening.

This charming accommodation was fantastic!!
Very impressive villa. From correspondence with Francesca on day one to leaving when housekeepers arrived, everything was easy and hassle free. Villa was extremely well equipped, so much so we spent all of our time there. Kids loved the heated pool.
