Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at this cozy place Star was a serene retreat by the sea. The villa's spacious rooms and panoramic sea views created a tranquil atmosphere. The pool terrace and garden were delightful for relaxation. The open-plan lounge and dining area with skylight were bright and inviting. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The bedrooms, especially the one with an indoor garden, were luxurious. Unwinding on the terrace with sea views was a memorable experience. The place Star exceeded our expectations. The villa offered comfort and style with its well-furnished rooms and beautiful sea views. The pool terrace was a fantastic place to relax, and the garden was a pleasant addition. We loved the open-plan lounge with a skylight, and the dining area was perfect for meals with a view. A Perfect Getaway!
We had an amazing stay at this retreat Star with its stunning sea views. The villa's spacious and well-furnished rooms provided great comfort for our group of eight. The pool terrace and garden were perfect for relaxing and enjoying BBQ meals. The open-plan lounge and dining area were lovely, with beautiful natural light. The kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect Location for Our Holiday
We booked this villa after an extensive search for the perfect venue to have our great holiday. The villa is luxurious, spacious, stylish and beautifully appointed. The outside area is stunning with large gardens and an infinity pool. The outside built in BBQ area was perfect for the caterers and the view over the sea was the ideal backdrop for our photos.
