This three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is designed for those seeking a peaceful Canarian retreat. The property boasts a private swimming pool with distant sea views, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens featuring mature palm trees, cactus plants, and typical black volcanic gravel. The raised terrace provides an ideal space for lounging on the Bali bed, dining al fresco, or relaxing on the built-in cushioned seating. Roman steps lead into the pool, which includes a shallow section for added safety. In a secluded corner of the garden, a brick BBQ with a sink is available, along with a poolside shower and WC.
A spacious driveway leads through large iron gates to the porch and main entrance. Inside, a welcoming reception area opens via an arch to the lounge and dining room, where contemporary and retro styles blend seamlessly. The room features a quirky bar, striking wall cladding made from coloured lava rocks from the Timanfaya volcano, comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area with views through large patio doors towards the pool and sea.
The modern, bright open-plan kitchen is accessed through an archway from the lounge and comes fully equipped with all necessary appliances. A separate pantry houses the fridge-freezer and additional storage space, while a door leads to the garage/utility area with a washing machine.
The villa's bedroom wing is reached through an archway at the back of the lounge. To the right is a twin bedroom overlooking the pool terrace, with a separate shower room featuring a walk-in shower and double wash basin opposite. To the left is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and garden views. A second large double bedroom also includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate dressing/reading area, picture windows, and a patio door opening to the pool terrace.
Located just moments from Puerto Calero Marina, guests can enjoy fine dining, bars, and vibrant evening strolls. Puerto del Carmen Beach is a short drive away, and Timanfaya National Park offers dramatic volcanic landscapes to explore. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This place has it all-views, space, a private pool, and an amazing location! The Puerto Calero Marina is literally a short walk away, and we found some great restaurants there. The agency made everything super easy, from booking to arrival, and we even got a nice little welcome pack with snacks & drinks. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect for a chill getaway!
Stayed here for a week with my partner, and we had the most relaxing time! The villa is super spacious, and the gardens are just beautiful. We spent our days between the pool, the marina, and a few trips to Puerto del Carmen Beach (which is really close). Also, huge thanks to the team for the seamless check-in & great recommendations!

Absolutely loved this villa!
Wow!! This place is a hidden gem! The pool area is just perfect-loved chilling on the Bali bed with a drink in hand, looking out towards the sea. The villa itself is super stylish, and the quirky bar inside was such a fun touch! Puerto Calero Marina is just a short walk away, and we had some amazing meals there. Honestly, everything about this stay was perfect!!

Perfect holiday!
