Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Came here with a mix of friends and siblings, all eight of us, and the house handled the group perfectly. We used the games room almost every night before heading out to the marina for dinner. The indoor pool area was great for lazy mornings, and the sliding doors opening to the solarium made it feel like we had our own little spa. One evening we decided to stay in and grill on the terrace; the barbecue setup was surprisingly good and we ate outside while watching the sky turn orange. The agency also helped us with a couple of things during the week, including arranging a late check-out because our flight was in the evening. It made the whole trip feel super easy and relaxed.

We stayed all eight of us and the layout made everything comfortable. My parents preferred the downstairs room since it was close to the main living space, while the rest of us enjoyed the upstairs terraces with the morning sun. We used the indoor pool almost every evening after getting back from Playa de los Pocillos, and the sauna was a surprise favorite. One afternoon the staff arranged a car rental for us last minute, which saved the day because we wanted to explore Timanfaya. The kitchen had everything we needed for big breakfasts before heading out. Would totally return.

Loved the space and the setup
Spent a week here with family and it really worked well for us. The kids kept running between the jacuzzi area and the games room while we enjoyed slow mornings on the terrace. We also appreciated how smooth the booking process was and the quick tips we got about restaurants in Puerto Calero. The bedrooms upstairs having their own terraces was such a nice touch.

Great spot for a chilled group trip

Best holiday home we’ve ever rented
We stayed for a week, and honestly, it was hard to leave! The bedrooms were spacious, each with its own bathroom, and waking up to the terrace views was amazing. The second living room with the bar & pool table made nights super fun. Location is also a big win-Puerto Calero is gorgeous, and we loved exploring the marina. Definitely coming back!

A villa that has it ALL!
This place is unreal! We were a group of 8, and there was so much space for everyone. The indoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were the ultimate relaxation combo. Loved having breakfast on the terrace every morning. Also, the agency made everything so easy-smooth booking and great communication. Would 100% recommend!
