Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were eight adults and two kids and the villa handled the whole group without ever feeling crowded. The outdoor areas were beautiful at all times of day, especially early mornings by the pool when everything was quiet. Indoors, the L-shaped sofa became our meeting point before heading out, and the dining area fit all of us for long dinners. My partner and I stayed in the master bedroom upstairs and waking up with terrace access felt unreal. The agency also helped us arrange a rental car and pointed us to a couple of good seafood places at the marina. The kids loved the fitness area and the bar/game room downstairs, so evenings were always fun. Really memorable stay.

Perfect villa setup for a family holiday
We stayed here with my sister’s family and it really ticked every box. The master room upstairs was surprisingly peaceful, and having the two ground-floor bedrooms was great for my parents who didn’t want to deal with stairs. The lower level became the teenagers’ zone with the bar, games room and small gym, which kept everyone happy. We did a day trip to Papagayo, another to Rancho Texas, and most evenings ended on the terrace with the breeze coming in from the hills. Booking was easy and the property manager gave us a few solid tips for beaches nearby, which made planning super simple.

Loved our week here
Spent seven nights with family and the layout was ideal. The kids kept drifting between the pool and the games room downstairs while we relaxed in the main living area. Kitchen had everything we needed, and we ended up cooking more than planned. We also walked to the marina a couple of evenings and found great food spots. Really smooth holiday, no stress at all.

Great chill spot for our group
We came as a mixed group of adults and teens and the villa worked so well for all of us. Loved the pool and the quiet terraces around the house, perfect for slow mornings. Having two bedrooms on the ground floor helped a lot with luggage and quick access outside. Honestly a super comfy stay.

perfect holiday
This magnificent villa overlooking the marina is surely one of the most luxurious in Puerto Calero. The villa and pool area were superb but the outstanding part of the holiday for me was the outstanding service given by the owners who have a villa close by and Noli who looked after the villa. As there were few channels in English on the Sky channels the owner had a large new dish put on the roof for us and anything we needed we phoned Noli and he was over within minutes, always taking his shoes off before coming in! We would love to return to the rental some day soon :)

Villa worth every penny
Situation , villa, Alex and Rita (who meet and great and solve all problems) surperb. We will all go again next year. Pictures do not give the villa justice. Please take the negatives in the way they are intended Constructive negatives. 'Apartment' brilliant however, shower washing facilities must be upgraded ..only two ceiling lights working but kitchen ok. Main villa unbelievably great space decor and eating facilities however, strange smell from bathroom which didn't seem to go, very off putting. Wifi intermittent and non in the apartment. There can be noise from the boat yard which may annoy some people but for us not enough to ruin a holiday. I would advise that this should be put in the description. Walk into main village, lovely walk down , no lights at night therefore careful walking back as its uphill all the way need a torch and lots of stones.

Couldn't have asked for more
Well where do I start we visited as a large family group of 8 on arrival we were greeted by Rita and Alex who look after the property they were so welcoming and showed us around the villa the property has everything you could need pool towels and even down to pool inflatables for the kids the bbq area went down a treat the gas was low on arrival and Alex returned swiftly with a replacement we were taken back by how much space we had all rooms are very spacious nice pool area and what a view couldn't of asked for a better location Rita was very atentive to make sure we all had a great time it's a short walk to the marina with great places for dining or just to chill out which we did would love to come back very soon
