Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Had a great 2 weeks. Villa was excellent, looked like photos. Felt at home straight away unlike when I've stayed in hotels. (No looking for a sunbed !!). Loads of space inside and outside the villa so never felt on top of each other. Villa is only 5 mins walk to harbour where there are a number of restaurants and only 5 mins to a supermarket. Puerto Calero is not a busy town which we loved though Puerto Del Carmen is only a 10 minute drive if you want some hustle and bustle. Daniel was always quick to reply to any questions and called to make sure everything was OK. Was flexible with checkout times as well which was much appreciated. I cannot find any fault in the villa, Puerto Calero or the host Daniel. Just like to say thanks again we all had a great time

simply incredible
The villa was perfect for our stay in Lanzarote! It was very clean and it had enough space for our group of four. The outdoor area with the pool was simply incredible. We enjoyed the warm weather by taking a dip in the pool, playing boccia and having barbecue. Puerto Calero, where the villa was located, was also lovely, and we could easily go to the beach, buy food, or eat at the nice restaurants in the harbour. I would fully recommend the villa to everyone!

lanzarote escape
This villa is beautiful with a great pool and so near all the beauty that Lanzarote has to offer. The villa is within walking distance to lots of great and varied restaurants and ice cream parlours. The main supermarket is also very close to walk to. The house is beautifully designed to make the most of the sea breeze and the warm sun. Would definitely recommend this location and villa if you want to see all of Lanzarote and have an oasis to come home to. The cactus garden is amazing that surrounds the house.

amazing villa
The villa was clean and tidy. had everything you would need in the kitchen. The pool was lovely and views are incredible. Daniel was very helpful in the event we had a query. Such a short drive from the airport around 15 minutes. Easy to find. There is a good variety of restaurants in the Marina. The new complex nearby has a good food shop there called Hyper Dino. We didn't ravel much and therefore it was a waste of time hiring a car. The taxi rank is just around the corner. Overall fantastic stay and we will be back. Many thanks Daniel.
