Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our relaxing Puerto Calero stay with all the extras
We spent a full week here as a group of eight and genuinely loved every corner of the house. Three of us took the upstairs rooms with terraces, while the ground-floor bedroom was perfect for my parents who preferred fewer stairs. Most mornings started with a swim in the indoor pool before heading out to explore the marina or grab coffee near the waterfront. One evening we used the big covered terrace for a long barbecue dinner, and another day we drove through La Geria for a wine tour that the property manager recommended. Between the sauna, the gym corner, and all the space indoors, the house kept us comfortable no matter the weather. Would definitely return.

A perfect setup for families wanting space and indoor fun
We were two couples and two kids, and the villa gave everyone enough room to breathe. The indoor pool was a huge win on the windier days, and the second lounge with the pool table kept the kids busy for hours. One day we walked down to Playa Quemada and had lunch right by the water, then came back to unwind in the jacuzzi. We also appreciated how easy the booking process was and the quick replies from the property manager when we asked about local restaurants. The place felt clean, private, and very well maintained, which made the whole trip even better.

Great spot for a quiet week away
Stayed with a small group of friends and the house worked better than expected. The upstairs rooms were big, each with its own bathroom, which made getting ready stress-free. We used the indoor sauna a few times after long walks around Puerto Calero. Evenings usually ended with us sitting on the covered terrace, grilling fish from the local shop. Felt super relaxed the whole time.

Loved the mix of privacy and comfort
We came here as a family of six and were honestly surprised by how calm the area felt. The indoor pool was our go-to every morning, and the terrace was huge, perfect for slow dinners after walking down to the marina. Bedrooms were bright and spacious, exactly what we hoped for.

Amazing Holiday in Puerto Calero
I stayed 8 in our holiday group and what a gorgeous villa this is, very clean and spacious, there was more than enough room for all of us. The location is was perfect for what we wanted. The restaurant accross the road was good value. Would definitely recommend the villa to others.

Beautiful villa and Location - Highly recommended
We travel a lot. The villa is lovely and have a great location in Puerto Calero Lanzarote. Walking distance from great supermarkets and beaches. Lovely pool and temperature! TV package is amazing and so many choices (Sky Sports and Movies to name but a few). Would I recommend/come back? Absolutely!

Amazing villa!
The villa is gorgeous and we couldn't fault it in any way. Everything was cleaned to a high standard and it has everything you need in terms of furnishings etc. Perfect location nearby bar/pub locals, restuarant and supermarket! The villa truly is stunning and we couldn't fault it in any way. The beds are incredibly comfy and the pool is a lovely temperature - especially when it gets a little bit too hot to sunbathe! :)
