Two shaded pergolas provide ideal spots for alfresco dining or relaxing with wicker armchairs and coffee tables, while the pool's raised splash section adds a playful and relaxing element. From the terrace, guests can enjoy spectacular views of the ocean and surrounding gardens.
Access to the villa is via two gates, leading to a porch and a wooden entrance door. Inside, a marble-tiled reception hallway with skylights creates a bright and airy welcome, enhanced by classical pillars and Roman-style stone ornaments. The split-level lounge features an ornamental fireplace, armchairs, and a large sofa with panoramic garden and sea views through expansive picture windows. A separate dining room with patio doors opens onto the shaded terrace, connecting indoor and outdoor living spaces seamlessly.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all conveniences, ample storage, and a large table for casual dining. A multi-purpose utility room houses a washing machine and offers access to both the front garden and the pool terrace.
All four bedrooms feature parquet flooring, built-in wardrobes, and aluminum shutters. The master suite includes an iron-framed double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and double wash basin, and a walk-in dressing room with mirrored wardrobes. A twin bedroom also has an en-suite shower room and terrace access. Two additional double bedrooms share a shower room, providing comfortable accommodation for all guests.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stunning home with a terrace we didn’t want to leave
We stayed for a full week as a group of eight and genuinely loved how much outdoor space the villa had. Mornings usually began with a swim while some of us relaxed under the pergola with a book. The garden design is beautiful, especially with the black volcanic stones and palms around the pool. Indoors, the marble hallway and split-level lounge felt elegant without being too formal. One evening we walked down to the marina for dinner and another night we grilled fresh fish on the terrace, enjoying the sea breeze. The bedrooms were quiet and cool, and the en-suite rooms made everything easier. Overall a fantastic stay that we’d repeat.

A great place for families wanting space and comfort
We were 3 couples and 2 teenagers, and the villa gave everyone their own corner. The master suite was bigger than expected and the twin room with terrace access was perfect for the kids. Most days started with coffee on the shaded terrace, then we’d head to Playa Chica for snorkeling before coming back to relax around the pool. The Manrique-style garden was one of my favourite parts. Also appreciated how helpful the property manager was when we asked about local restaurants. The place felt spotless and really well kept.

Loved the layout and the outdoor areas
Stayed here for a week with family and the villa worked great for all of us. Kids used the splash area nonstop while we relaxed under the pergola. The split-level living room was bright and had huge windows facing the garden. We cooked several nights in the big kitchen and ate outside watching the sunset. Quiet area but close to everything.

Peaceful stay with amazing sea views
We came as a group of 8 and spent most afternoons around the fish-shaped pool because the terrace views were unreal. Loved the shaded pergolas for slow breakfasts and the easy walk down to Puerto Calero marina. Bedrooms were comfy and the house felt really calm.

Stunning villa!
we recently arrived home after a two week stay at this luxury retreat all I can say is the villa is absolutely amazing. My wife and four children and mum and dad stayed in the huge villa and could have still easily have fit another family in. The villa is like a home from home with everything you can possibly need from dishwasher to washing machine.The bedrooms are all a good size. The pool is a lovely size and deep enough to dive the outside area is a huge with barbeque. The villa on an evening was lovely with lighting around pool. I would recommend a stay here to anyone you could not be disappointed. I highly recommend.

A luxurious home from home set in a stunning location.
Just returned from a week stay at this home with the whole family. The housekeeper was welcoming, friendly and helpful - we loved staying here. Enough space for everyone and incredibly well equipped! Beautiful setting - everything accessible but plenty of peace and quiet!

Absolutely fabulous and more!
The villa was beautiful, the views were amazing!!! Situated on the top of a hill, it's only about a 5 minute walk down to the marina in Puerto Calero with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. McSorleys was a favourite, sport on the big screen and good home cooked food. The villa itself was beautiful. The rooms were well furnished and comfortable, the kitchen units and appliances all new. The outside area was perfect for sunbathing and the pool was great. Would highly recommend this villa, it's likely that we will go back here sometime in the future!
