Tucked in a corner is a brick BBQ with a sink, and a shower and WC are conveniently located beside the pool. A spacious driveway and iron gates provide secure parking.

The open-plan lounge and dining area include comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, a dining table with chairs, and a quirky bar for mixing drinks. An archway leads to the fully equipped modern kitchen, with a pantry for extra storage and a utility/garage area housing a washing machine.
Accommodation includes a twin bedroom with a picture window overlooking the pool and an adjacent shower room with a walk-in shower and double washbasin. A double bedroom with an en suite bathroom offers garden views, while the master double bedroom occupies a larger space with an en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, skylight, dressing/reading area, and patio doors opening onto the pool terrace. All bedrooms provide ample wardrobe and storage space.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at the holiday home felt like a garden haven. The extensive gardens with palm trees and cactus plants added to the Canarian paradise. The quirky bar, contemporary-retro blend in the lounge, and the well-equipped kitchen made our evenings delightful. A true haven for relaxation.

Fab holiday!
This is a beautiful villa with everything needed for a wonderful holiday. The kitchen is excellently equipped and the spacious living area is most attractively laid out. Bedrooms are bright and comfortable. There are plenty of sun loungers around the heated pool. It was great to have a barbecue available too. The villa is well-situated close to lovely beaches, shops and restaurants.

Excellent villa
The stay is a lovely villa on a huge plot. Very comfortable and nicely furnished. The bathrooms are superb, the huge bath in the main bathroom was a nice surprise. The Ipod dock was also a nice surprise and the sound quality of the hifi was great. Will definately stay here again.
