Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This is a fabulous villa which makes for the perfect group holiday. We stayed with 6 adults and 3 children and it's great for everyone to have their own space, but spend quality time together. The villa is immaculate and in a great location, very quiet and peaceful but within walking distance of the lovely marina of Puerto Calero. It took us about 20 mins to walk with a pushchair and kids. The villa is exceptionally clean and very well equipped with everything you would need for large groups and caters well for young children. I would highly recommend this stylish property and hope to return!

Beautiful villa in a lovely quiet location within a stones throw of the restaurants and port
This was a perfect villa for us family, the pool is great and the tennis court ideal for all ages and ping pong . We had a great holiday with our grandchildren and family, the supermarket is just up the road a short drive away. The sun shone wall to wall and we found plenty to do to amuse ourselves although we could easily have just stayed chilling at the villa.

Wonderful villa and location
I hired this spacious villa for my friends and family to join me for my birthday. The property is very large, so we never felt cramped-very peaceful and conveniently close to the local supermarket, perfect for stocking up on Prosecco and Champagne. I loved the luxurious style of the décor and furniture. It was about a 20-minute walk to the Marina shops and restaurants, all of excellent quality with fantastic food.
We did visit other parts of Lanzarote that were livelier and more touristy, but we preferred the quality and tranquility of Puerto Calero and this elegant home, away from late-night bars and noisy crowds. I highly recommend staying here; it has been wonderful, and all my family and friends said it was fantastic-the best holiday they’ve had in a long time. It would take a lot to beat it.

Fabulous villa and pool !!!
Just arrived home from an amazing weeks holiday in this fabulous villa. Everything you could possibly need was there, and the location is stunning. It is so peaceful, and very upmarket, the restaurants at the Marina were superb. Cannot wait to go back

Amazing holiday
We had a fabulous stay, communication with Camilla in the lead up and during was quick and responsive. The villa is amazing, everything you need is provided, clean and we even had groceries waiting for us on arrival. The kids loved the pool area and inflatables were provided which was a bonus. We had a 6 month old baby with us and there was even a baby bouncer there. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to large groups.

Very nice, spacious villa in a quiet but convenient location.

Lovely spacious and well equipped villa for larger groups
We had a lovely stay at this spacious villa in Puerto Calero. The owner Camillla was super helpful pre-trip and the villa was just as described. We had the pool heated and it was lovely and warm. We were 7 adults and 4 teens and had plenty of room for dining and relaxing by the pool. Camilla is a great host and would thoroughly recommend the villa.

Villa is fantastic
The villa was absolutely stunning and perfect for myself and 12 friends. Camilla and her cleaning team were so atentive and friendly nothing was too much trouble. Cannot recommended this villa or the location enough. There was a marina a short walk away with loads of lovely shops and cafes, and a taxi rank very close by to take you to other towns. Thank you so much for this unforgettable holiday, without a doubt we will stay again!!!!
