Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
For our group trip this villa was perfect. We arrived early and the team helped us drop bags before check-in so we could head straight to the marina. Loved how the outdoor areas were set up: plenty of sunbeds, shaded dining space, and that jacuzzi ended up being used every night. Inside, the villa felt super spacious with modern bathrooms and a big kitchen where we cooked a couple meals together. One day we walked to Playa Quemada for a swim, another we toured the volcanic wine region thanks to a great recommendation from the staff. Felt private, comfy, and exactly what we needed.

perfect vacation
We came as four couples and picked this villa mainly for the location, and it ended up being even better than expected. Walking to the marina in ten minutes for dinner or drinks made evenings easy. During the day we visited Timanfaya and later did a Submarine Safari trip, both super close by. The villa itself was bright and really well-kept, with plenty of outdoor spots to chill without sitting on top of each other. Loved the cactus garden area too, gave it that Lanzarote vibe. Beds were comfy, everything spotless, and the jacuzzi became our go-to spot after long days out.

Loved the calm vibe of this place
Spent a full week here with family and it turned out to be exactly what we needed. Mornings were usually slow by the pool, then we’d wander down to the marina for coffee. The villa had everything we needed, from a proper kitchen to plenty of bathrooms so no waiting around. Staff also helped us sort a quick taxi to Playa Quemada one afternoon, which was a great tip.

Sunset escape in Puerto Calero
We stayed here as a group of eight and honestly loved every day. The pool and jacuzzi were used nonstop, and evenings on the balcony daybed were unreal with those sea views. Villa felt super clean, modern, with comfy beds and loads of space. Easy walk to Puerto Calero for dinner made it even better.

A wonderful family holiday at this home
We spent a week at this retreat with our family, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The kids loved the pool and the jacuzzi, and we all enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor dining area in the evenings.
