The villa spans two floors, providing ample space for two families or larger groups. The upper level, accessed via the main entrance at street level, features a spacious modern open-plan lounge and dining area with leather sofas and stunning sea views. The main kitchen and utility room are fully equipped with all mod cons. This floor also includes a cloakroom, a family shower room, and two double bedrooms connected by a Jack & Jill bathroom. The covered terrace runs the full length of the villa, featuring quality outdoor furniture, a built-in barbecue, and an open yet covered kitchen complete with fridge, wine cooler, dishwasher, and full dining ware. A bar at one end of the terrace enhances the outdoor entertaining experience.
The lower level can be accessed via an external staircase or from the upper lounge. This level mirrors the upper floor with a spacious classic-style lounge/diner, a fully fitted kitchen, and two twin bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities. Patio doors lead out to another covered terrace overlooking the heated pool, measuring 9.5 x 4.5 meters with a consistent depth of 1.5 meters, surrounded by decking, garden areas, and a sunken six-person jacuzzi. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at the holiday home was beyond amazing! The villa is huge, with plenty of space for everyone. The pool area was one of the best parts - the heated pool and jacuzzi made for some great relaxation time. We enjoyed several dinners on the terrace with those gorgeous sea views. Puerto Calero is a short walk away, and we enjoyed the marina for shopping and dining. A massive thank you to the agency for organizing everything, especially the airport transfers. We'll definitely be back!

The holiday home - Pure luxury!!
We stayed at this villa with two other families, and it was perfect. The two levels gave us all the space we needed. The terraces were great for evening drinks, and the barbecue area was a hit. The villa is equipped with everything you'd want and more! The concierge team helped us book activities and transfers - super easy experience. Highly recommend for a relaxing yet luxurious break.

Just returned from our second stay at this retreat and once again it was excellent. Will never get bored of those views. Really nice welcome from Caroline, so friendly and helpful. Great place for all ages, fully equipped, heated pool!! It was perfect. Wish we were still there.

Had a fantastic holiday at this amazing villa! Spotless and spacious. Very relaxing holiday, nothing too much for the agent who was contactable throughout our stay. The photos of the villa do not do it justice, it has to be seen to be truly appreciated, very highly recommended and we would definitely go back.

Great villa and holiday
We were well impressed with this lovely villa situated in a great location a short walk away from the sea, airport transfer was included, it so close to shops/bars/beach. It had everything we needed and was in a really great location. Would definately recomend it and hope to visit again in the future.
