Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stayed here with our extended family. The villa is spacious with modern interiors, lots of light, and comfy furnishings. Ground floor bedrooms open to the pool which made mornings easy. Pool, terrace, sun loungers, and outdoor couches made for relaxing days. We booked through the agency and their concierge helped organize beach trips and dinner reservations, which was super convenient.

Sea view dream
This villa is seriously amazing! Panoramic views from the terrace and pool area made every morning special. Bedrooms are all ensuite, very comfy, and we felt super relaxed. The pool was huge and so clean, perfect for kids and adults. Loved the outdoor dining table for our meals, and the agency even helped with a private chef one night. Walking around the gated area felt safe and peaceful, yet beaches and restaurants were just a short drive away. Everything was perfect for a big family holiday.

Amazing villa for big group
We had 12 people and it worked perfectly. Bedrooms on ground floor are great for easy access to pool. Loved the ping pong and baby foot table, kept everyone entertained. Terrace with sea view is just gorgeous. Highly recommend this one!

Luxury and comfort combined
Wow, what a villa! Spacious, bright, and super stylish. Pool area was our favorite spot, especially in the evenings with the lights on. Bedrooms comfy and modern, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The agency helped us with transfers and local tips which was very helpful.

Perfect escape for friends
Stayed here with friends and it was perfect. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which made mornings easy. The pool area is great for relaxing and we loved the deckchairs for sunbathing. Short drive to Es Torrent beach, so handy.
