Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed for a week and really enjoyed how the villa felt made for slow days. The open-plan living area got a ton of light, so even on the afternoon we stayed indoors after a long hike in Adeje, it never felt cramped. The bedroom layout upstairs worked great because everyone had their own bathroom, which made getting ready for dinners a breeze. We used the hammock a lot more than expected, sometimes just sitting there listening to the neighbourhood wind and watching the sky change. One day the agency helped us sort a rental car, which made beach hopping super easy. We visited Playa El Pinque, did a short walk along the cliffs, then spent the evening grilling outside. The whole stay felt relaxed and comfortable from start to finish.

Perfect for families wanting comfort and calm
We visited with our two kids and another couple, and the layout gave everyone privacy without feeling separate. The lift was a nice surprise because it made moving luggage a lot easier. Most afternoons we ended up by the heated infinity pool, and the kids spent ages on the artificial lawn kicking a ball around. One day we drove to Playa del Puertito for a swim and had lunch at a small spot by the water, then came back and just relaxed on the terrace sofas. The kitchen was bright and easy to use, and having en-suite bathrooms for all the bedrooms made mornings less chaotic.

Lovely home base for exploring Adeje
We stayed five nights and split our time between the pool and nearby beaches. The bedroom with the balcony was perfect for early coffee before heading out. One evening we used the barbecue and had dinner outside while the lights from the coast slowly came on. The check-in was smooth, and the property manager shared a few walking paths around the area that were actually super handy.

Chill and luxurious
This villa exceeded our expectations. Indoor spaces were bright and airy, with a modern kitchen and comfortable lounge.
