The villa is approached via a grand circular driveway with inlaid palms, providing ample parking. Pathways on either side of the villa lead to the pool and gardens, and three steps up bring you to the main entrance. The rear of the villa houses the main lounge with full-length sliding doors overlooking the gardens and Montgo Mountain. The combined kitchen and dining area is fully equipped and opens onto the covered terrace. A second lounge adjoins a ground floor double bedroom with patio doors on all sides, benefiting from the same air conditioning/heating unit.
Accommodation is thoughtfully arranged over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom suite with en suite bathroom and private lounge, plus a twin bedroom with en suite shower room, which can also be accessed from the hall, making it ideal for families with younger children. A separate WC is also available. Upstairs, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom share a separate bathroom, each with a spacious private terrace and access to a smaller shared terrace, all with spectacular views. An additional shower room is located by the covered terrace with external access.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We booked this villa for a week at the beginning of June. We're a family of 8 (6 Adults and 2 Teenagers) and the villa was absolutely perfect, it catered for all our needs. Each Room had it's own shower and toilet and there was wifi throughout the villa which kept the Teenagers very happy !! The outside area is absolutely beautiful, the pool is a very good size and there's plenty of seating areas to choose from, whether you want to be in the sun or shade. The weather for the week was fantastic and the villa is situated in a perfect location within walking distance to all amenities area. I would highly recommend this villa, and hope to return again soon.

Amazing villa
What an amazing villa, set in a very quiet location with everything that you could ask for. The Kitchen is well equipped and modern and relaxing private pool. The pool was great, the pool table was great fun so was the music systems and WiFi. I would go back right now, highly recommended.

Lovely villa, perfect for families
Arrived at the villa with simple to follow directions Easy and fast communication with Maria. The villa is really spacious, private and the pool area and garden is beautiful and sunny all day. It's got to be one of my best ever holidays yet and we would definitely come back. The villa has nearly everything. You could need and we spend most of our time enjoying the relaxation and privateness of the villa.
