Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villa is huge and beautiful. Beds comfy, bathrooms amazing, and the sea just steps away. Loved relaxing by the pool with a drink. Totally peaceful and private.

Family heaven with views
Our family of 10 had the most relaxing time. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which was great. Sunsets from the terraces were incredible. Concierge helped with local tips, very handy!

Luxury with sea access
We rented this villa for a week and it was spectacular. The infinity pool, terraces, and gardens are just gorgeous. Every bedroom is spacious with stunning views, bathrooms perfect, and living areas very comfortable. Loved that the villa has direct access to the sea, and mooring our boat was easy. Evenings by the pool with cocktails were magical. Big thanks to the agency for helping with early check-in and local recommendations. Everything ran smoothly, felt like a real VIP experience. Will definitely come back for another family getaway.

ibiza group retreat
Our group of 12 had an amazing stay. Infinity pool and sun loungers were perfect, and every room had a terrace with sea views. The villa has lots of space to chill and also hang out together. Barbecue evenings were so fun, gardens are lovely and safe for kids. Agency assisted with transfers and restaurant bookings, which made things super easy. Incredible location, peaceful yet close to Ibiza town and beaches. Highly recommended for large families or friends.

Relaxing cliffside paradise
Stayed here for 7 nights, loved every bit. The infinity pool is perfect, terraces amazing for sunbathing or cocktails. Bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms all top-notch, and the sea views incredible. The villa is private but still convenient for beaches and restaurants. Agency support was great, helped with bookings and tips. Loved the mix of luxury and casual holiday vibes. Idyllic Ibiza escape
We came here to celebrate a birthday, 12 people in total. Villa is huge, gorgeous pool, multiple terraces with stunning sea views. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, everyone had privacy. Loved the gardens and bar area. Concierge helped with some local activities and it made our stay easy and fun. Peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough to the action if we wanted it.
