The villa features a bright, contemporary interior with air conditioning throughout and free WiFi. The open-plan living area includes comfortable sofas, a dining space and a TV, with patio doors opening directly onto the pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen offers a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove and oven, providing everything needed for a self-catered stay. A barbecue is also available for outdoor cooking.
The accommodation sleeps up to 10 guests (8 adults and 2 children) and offers four air-conditioned bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 are each furnished with a double bed. Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 are furnished with twin beds. An additional double sofa bed is available in the living area, allowing flexible sleeping arrangements without increasing the overall capacity.
All four en-suite bathrooms are well equipped. Two bathrooms feature a bathtub with shower and WC, while the remaining two include a shower and WC.
Outside, the villa offers a private swimming pool measuring approximately 8.0 metres by 4.0 metres, with depths ranging from 1.4 metres to 1.6 metres and access via steps. The pool area includes sun loungers, a poolside dining area and a heated pool option, creating a comfortable outdoor space for relaxing throughout the day. The terrace is ideal for enjoying meals outdoors or spending time in the sun.
The surrounding area offers a variety of attractions and amenities. Puerto del Carmen Beach and Playa de Matagorda are nearby, while activities such as Lanzarote Golf Resort and Marina Rubicón are within easy reach. Go Karting San Bartolomé and AquaPark Costa Teguise are also popular options for families.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villa is in a quiet location and we loved to go to the center of Puerto del Carmen, a few minutes drive from the property. There is supermarket and a gas station within walking distance but you would need a car for everything else. Still worth it though. Beautiful villa with a great view and very nice hosts available at all times for questions or suggestions. I 100% recommend it!

We left extremely happy. It was clean and quite. The villa felt like home with no unnecessary visits from owners yet still available for to contact if needed. I will certainly consider to use this agency if we would like to rent a house again at Lanzarote or somewhere else.

A place that made group travel feel surprisingly easy
We chose this villa because we needed space and privacy for ten people, and it delivered without feeling crowded. Everyone had their own bathroom which honestly changed the whole dynamic. Days were split between island trips and staying in, enjoying the terrace and long lunches. The heated pool kept getting used even when the weather shifted a bit. We appreciated how close everyday things were, shops, fuel, quick drives to beaches and activities. The house felt modern but not cold, comfortable without being flashy. By the end of the stay, we all agreed it made traveling as a group much easier than expected.

It was within minutes of all amenities.
We spent a full week here and used the villa as our home base. Mornings were slow, breakfast outside, then heading out to different parts of the island. Some days we went to Playa Chica, other days golf or a quick drive to the marina. Coming back always felt good, quiet, clean and relaxed. Evenings were usually BBQs or easy meals, kids winding down while adults chatted. The extra sleeping option in the living area helped a lot with flexibility. Everything felt well thought out for real stays, not just short visits.

Practical choice that actually felt like a holiday
We were a mixed group of adults and kids and the layout suited us well. Bedrooms were spaced out nicely and the living area was great for evenings together. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked most nights. Heating the pool was worth it, especially later in the day. Easy days and zero hassle
We stayed here with our family and everything just worked. The house felt fresh and comfortable, air con everywhere, good beds and enough bathrooms so nobody had to wait. We spent most afternoons outside, relaxed lunches, kids in the water, adults doing nothing at all. Supermarket nearby was a big plus. Simple, calm, no stress at any point.
