This elegant chalet welcomes up to 10 guests and is located just 4 km from El Arenal beach. Relax in the private 10 x 5 metre chlorine pool, set against the stunning mountain backdrop, with a depth ranging from 1.3 to 2.2 metres-perfect after a day at the beach.
The beautiful garden is an ideal place to unwind. Enjoy the scents and greenery of the lawn, listen to the hens in the coop, or soak up the sun on one of the five loungers around the pool. Evenings are perfect for dining on the porch while watching the sunset between the mountains, cooking a barbecue, or enjoying a meal on the ceramic-top grill. A second glazed porch offers a cozy spot to sip wine on the sofas as you relax into the evening.
Inside, the two-storey home features a cozy living room open to the dining area, with two sofas, a coffee table, and a TV. The large Mediterranean-style kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, oven, microwave, and ample countertop space, and includes a seating area for all guests. The laundry room provides a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The ground floor has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, closet, and air conditioning. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath, plus space for a cot. A high chair is also available. An additional shower bathroom completes this floor.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and another bathroom with a shower. Two bedrooms have twin beds, closets, and either air conditioning or a fan, while the third bedroom has a double bed and a fan. The ground floor features underfloor heating, and the top floor is equipped with gas central heating for colder seasons.
The Javea area offers a varied landscape, from paradisiacal coves and beautiful beaches to dramatic cliffs and islands. Natural highlights include Montgó Natural Park and the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Recommended beaches include El Arenal, Cala Granadella, Cala Blanca, and Cala Barraca. The town center of Javea is also worth a visit.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
