Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We booked the stay for a chill getaway with friends and it delivered big time. the pool area was spotless, we used it every day. inside was cozy, not too fancy but just right. we even got lucky with a discount on booking - thx to the agent who helped us, super friendly and helpful. beach isn’t far either, just a quick drive.

feels like home, but better
Stayed here with another couple and our kids - 7 of us total. plenty of space, clean rooms, comfy beds. kitchen had all the stuff, so we cooked most days. one evening we walked to the old town (like 10 mins away?) and it was so charming!! Also shoutout to the agency, booking was super easy and they gave us a lil welcome pack with snacks and water - nice touch! def wanna come back.

wow! Villa chill vibes on point
we stayed here for a week with family and it was sooo nice! the pool was the fav spot for everyone, especially in the afternoon. loved how quiet the area was but still super close to everything - beach, shops, restaurants. we even had dinner outside almost every night, the garden’s super cozy for that. Villa was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. thanks to the team for making it all smooth from check-in to check-out!
