The villa features a welcoming casita accessed through three Tosca arches from the parking area, with a laundry area conveniently located nearby. Steps lead into a well-equipped kitchen with marble work surfaces and a pantry. A small hallway connects to a shower room, while an adjacent archway opens into the lounge and dining area. The lounge boasts two large windows overlooking the enclosed naya (terrace) and driveway, an arched beamed ceiling, two sofas, a coffee table, and a staircase with elegant iron railings leading to the first floor. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
I stayed at the accommodation with a large group of girlfriends to celebrate my 30 th Birthday, the villa was lovely . There are plenty of nice restaurants and bars in the resort.. I would definitely recommend this villa for a large group of friends or family.

Spacious, and well designed
An amazing villa, very spacious. Very large table to all sit around whilst others can sunbathe, or swim. Pool table was popular. Beach lovely, and the jet skiing was amazing... ( good for the thrill seekers amongst us).
