On the ground floor, guests will find a double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom, alongside the main bedroom, which boasts a luxurious double bed, a generous dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villa exceeded expectations. Bedrooms were comfy, and the lower ground floor offered great space for teens to hang out. Pool and solarium were excellent, and the barbecue was ideal for evening meals. Staff were very responsive and made check-in smooth. Nearby beaches, Guantánamo restaurant, and Maspalomas dunes offered plenty to explore. Highly recommend for families seeking comfort, space, and fun.

Spacious villa with charm
We really enjoyed our stay. Open-plan living and kitchen made meals and socializing easy. Terraces and mountain views were beautiful. Kids spent hours in the games room and pool, while adults relaxed on the sun loungers. Staff were helpful and answered questions promptly. Definitely recommend.

Family fun and relaxation
Our group of eight felt very comfortable. Bedrooms were spacious with en-suite bathrooms, and the living area was perfect for relaxing together. We spent mornings by the pool and evenings at the outdoor dining area. Minor note: the pool steps can be a bit slippery, so kids need supervision. Staff were responsive and friendly. Would return.

Relaxing escape in Gran Canaria
We had a lovely week here. The villa is bright and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. Kids loved the table tennis and gym, while adults enjoyed the terrace and sun loungers. The pool was refreshing, though a little cool in the morning. Staff were helpful and check-in was straightforward. Highly recommend for families.
