Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We came to celebrate a milestone birthday with close friends, and the house allowed everyone to have space without splitting up the group. The way the terraces are stacked means you can move around all day following the sun, and the solarium was a surprise favourite because it stayed warm even when the wind picked up. The bedrooms were similar in size, which avoided the usual fight over who gets the best room. We tried Siam Park one morning, got totally worn out, and spent the rest of the day floating between the lower pools. On another day we stayed in, cooked a simple lunch, and just watched the coast from the dining terrace while planes passed far in the distance. Communication with the manager was smooth and they gave us a couple of practical tips for local supermarkets and shortcuts to Las Americas. The whole villa felt made for long, lazy days.

Relaxing stay with plenty of room to spread out
Our family of ten stayed here for a week and the kids were obsessed with having more than one pool to choose from. The adults loved the quieter infinity pool on the balcony where you could just sit and watch Roque del Conde across the landscape. The kitchen was large enough for all of us to share cooking duties, and the living room had enough seating that nobody felt squeezed in. One afternoon a few of us walked down toward Aqua Club Termal and tried the thermal circuit, then came back and napped on the loungers because the breeze was perfect. It felt like every part of the villa had its own little mood.

Great spot for a group getaway
We booked the villa for a short escape and didn’t realise how much we’d use all the terraces. Breakfast on the upper one became our thing because the morning light there was unreal. Bedrooms were spacious and it helped a lot that each one had its own bathroom, so no waiting around. One night we ordered takeout from a place near Gran Sur and ate outside while the coast lit up. The host was quick to answer when we asked about heating one of the pools.

Luxury and comfort combined
We booked this villa to celebrate my husband birthday and it didn’t disappoint! The bedrooms are huge, each with its own bathroom, and the living areas are perfect for hanging out together. The infinity pools are incredible, especially the one on the balcony with sea views. We had some meals outside enjoying the sunset and it was magical. The agency’s pre-arrival help made our stay super smooth, from arranging transfers to giving local tips. Loved the space, the comfort, and the little extras like the welcome pack and minibar. Definitely a top-notch experience for anyone visiting Costa Adeje.

Amazing villa, perfect location
Stayed here for a week with my family and couldn’t have asked for more. Everything was spotless, the pools were amazing, and the terraces offered such a fantastic view. Perfect villa for a leisurely stay
The villa is huge and well set up. Loved chilling in the balcony pool, watching the ocean. Kitchen had everything, aircon worked great, and the beds were super comfy. We had 2 small kids and it was safe and easy for them. Some evenings we just cooked and enjoyed the sunset outside. The staff from the agency were helpful and friendly, made the stay even better.

Luxury retreat with family vibes
We spent 7 days here and it was just perfect. The villa has plenty of space for everyone, the pools are amazing, and each bedroom having an ensuite was a life saver. Loved that the terraces were so spacious, we ate outside almost every day. The villa is close to Siam Park and beaches which was really convenient. Huge thanks to the booking team for arranging transfers and giving tips on local restaurants. Everything ran smoothly, and we felt really looked after. Will definitely return!
