Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villa exceeded our expectations. The sunken lounge and open-plan kitchen made indoor living very comfortable. Outdoor terraces and the heated infinity pool were perfect for relaxation. Mountain views from the bedrooms were stunning. Kids loved table tennis and the small gym, while adults relaxed with coffee on the terraces. Nearby beaches and local markets made exploring easy. I’d definitely recommend this villa for families looking for luxury and comfort.

Perfect family getaway
Our family of 8 had plenty of space. Bedrooms were comfortable, all with en-suite bathrooms and private terraces. We spent mornings in the infinity pool, afternoons enjoying the garden, and evenings at the covered dining area. The villa is stylish, modern, and perfectly located near local beaches. Highly recommend.
