Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay was wonderful. The villa accommodated our family comfortably with spacious bedrooms and modern bathrooms. The infinity pool and chill-out terrace offered perfect spots for relaxation. Children loved the kids’ pool and the games room. Booking was easy and the staff were attentive. Nearby Maspalomas beaches and restaurants made exploring easy. A very enjoyable family holiday.

Perfect for golf lovers
The location is ideal for golfers, right next to Maspalomas Golf. The villa is spacious and modern, with all necessary amenities. We spent mornings at the course and afternoons relaxing by the pool. Kids had fun in the adjoining pool and games room. A very enjoyable stay overall.
