Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We spent a full week here celebrating my partner’s birthday, together with close friends, and it ended up being one of our best trips. The layout is brilliant - quiet bedrooms, huge living space, and the two independent suites gave everyone privacy. We swam early most mornings, then just drifted between the jacuzzi and the solarium. Evenings were all about grilling outside and listening to the ocean. The path outside the villa takes you straight along the coast, and we walked to the marina several times for dinner. The agency helped us arrange airport transfers and a welcome pack, which saved us time on arrival. Everything felt easy and relaxed, exactly what we needed.

A week that felt way too short
We were a group of eight and the villa handled us perfectly. Everyone loved having their own bathroom, especially the two friends who took the independent suites. Most mornings we walked along the promenade and stopped at the marina for coffee. The heated pool was spotless, and the retractable cover kept it warm even on a windy day. We used the sauna twice after long walks, such a nice touch. One evening we booked a private dinner through the agency and it turned out amazing - great food and no stress. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor dining area became our favourite place to hang out.

Loved the space and the calm
Came here with another couple and really enjoyed how spread out everything was. The two separate apartments made it feel like everyone had their own corner. Evenings were mostly spent on the terrace grilling and watching the ocean. Quick drive to Puerto Calero for dinner, which made things easy. Great bedrooms, super comfy beds.
