Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay was unforgettable. The villa accommodated 8 guests comfortably with four en-suite bedrooms, private terraces, and spacious living areas. Kids loved the pool, Jacuzzi, and table tennis, while adults enjoyed the gym and cinema room. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very welcoming. Nearby Playa de Ajabo, Siam Park, and Aqualand Costa Adeje offered plenty of entertainment. Highly recommend for families or friends looking for luxury and comfort.

Chill and elegant
The villa is stylish and comfortable. Outdoor terraces with mountain and sea views were perfect for morning coffee and sunset drinks. Pool and Jacuzzi were fantastic, and the BBQ area was great for evening meals. The staff provided excellent support during booking and check-in. Nearby beaches and attractions made exploring easy. We’d love to return.

Fun and luxurious stay
We had an amazing time. The sunken lounge and open-plan kitchen were perfect for socializing. Pool, Jacuzzi, and outdoor dining made evenings relaxing. Nearby attractions like Siam Park and Monkey Park were very convenient for day trips. The staff were very responsive and helpful throughout. I’d definitely recommend for families.

Relaxing getaway
