Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Elegant and fun stay
We had a wonderful week. Bedrooms were comfortable, each with en-suite bathrooms and terrace access. The rooftop infinity pool was stunning, and outdoor lounging areas were perfect for evening drinks. The kitchen and dining area made meal times easy. Staff communication was excellent, though the elevator is a bit slow. Definitely recommend for a luxurious family holiday.

Perfect family getaway
Our family of 8 had plenty of space. The living areas were bright and welcoming, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking together. The rooftop pool is spectacular, though it can get a bit chilly in the morning. Staff were friendly and ensured check-in was smooth. Nearby Abama Golf and Playa Abama provided great excursions. Would definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay. The rooftop infinity pool was incredible, and the terraces offered breathtaking views of the Atlantic.
