This property is a Moroccan-style, single story villa located just outside Javea Old Town, Costa Blanca. Perfect for large families or groups, this stunning property offers sea views and features a unique freeform pool with a built-in jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing while enjoying the panoramic vista. This semi-detached villa provides a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living with spacious terraces and a BBQ house for al fresco dining. A short 10 minute walk will take you to Javea Old Town where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Arenal Beach is also only a 10 minute drive away, with plenty of watersports. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.
The villa's outdoor space is perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The impressive freeform swimming pool includes a raised jacuzzi that overlooks the village and the sea. Surrounding the pool is a well-designed terrace with beautiful plantings and a dedicated BBQ area with a Pizza oven. A covered terrace adjacent to the pool features built-in seating, providing a cool retreat from the sun.
This property has 5 well appointed bedrooms, 4 of which include en suite shower rooms. The fifth bedroom has direct outdoor access. Additionally, there is a family bathroom across the hall.
The main living space includes a lounge with large windows that provide views of the sea. The spacious kitchen and dining area has fantastic character, with 1 door leading out to the covered terrace. A utility room is conveniently located just off the kitchen, through the double bedroom by the pool area.
Access to the villa is through a shared parking area with the neighbouring villa. A gate opens to a path beside the villa, leading to the front door.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villa is gorgeous, inside and out. There’s so much room to spread out, and the design has so many lovely little touches. It’s super close to Javea Old Town, so we could walk to shops and restaurants easily, but it still felt peaceful and private. Pool heating was a nice bonus for the kids too!

Great for a group holiday
We booked this villa for a 10-person getaway and it was just right. There were enough bathrooms that no one was waiting around, and the kitchen was big enough for multiple people to cook. Sitting in the jacuzzi with a cold drink at sunset was a highlight. Would 100% return.

Amazing location, stylish villa
The stay felt like a peaceful hideaway but was still super convenient-we walked to the Old Town most evenings for tapas. The outdoor space is stunning. There’s shade when you want it, sun when you don’t, and the BBQ area was really well set up. Loved the details inside the house too-full of charm.

The perfect family villa in Javea!
We had an amazing time at the place. The pool and jacuzzi were the stars of the show-we spent so much time just lounging in the water and soaking up the views. The villa has a really chilled, Moroccan-inspired look, and the outdoor BBQ and pizza oven were ideal for big family dinners. Super close to the old town too, which made evening strolls easy.
