Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We couldn’t have asked for a better villa. The size and design are perfect for large groups, offering plenty of privacy. Days were spent enjoying the pool, jacuzzi, and terraces, while the indoor games room kept the teens entertained for hours. Evening BBQs with sunset views over Mount Teide were magical. Siam Water Park and nearby beaches offered extra fun and adventure. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Highly recommend for families or friends looking for a luxury getaway.

Chill and luxurious stay
The villa exceeded all expectations. Multiple levels, a games room, fitness area, and soundproof party space meant there was always something to do. We enjoyed morning coffee on the terrace, lazy afternoons by the pool, and evening BBQs. Teens and adults both had plenty of space for fun or relaxation. The concierge team was attentive, and nearby Playa del Duque and Siam Water Park made outings easy. Truly recommend for large families.

Fun, relaxation, and style
We had a fantastic week here. The villa’s layout allowed everyone to relax or play as they wanted. Indoor games kept teenagers occupied while adults enjoyed the pool and spa. Evenings on the terrace with drinks and sunset views were perfect. The villa was spotless and fully equipped. We’d definitely return.

Epic family holiday
Our group of 14 had an amazing time. Bedrooms were spacious and luxurious, bathrooms spotless. We spent mornings at Playa del Duque, afternoons in the pool, and evenings enjoying BBQs on the terrace. Kids loved the trampoline and Tech Ball table, and the spa room was perfect for adults. Mount Teide views were breathtaking. Highly recommend for large families or groups of friends.
